ACA Measurement Assessment Report (BN249)
Use ACA Measurement Assessment Report (BN249) to report ACA Measurement Assessment records and Stability Period Comparison. Employee population can be filtered by Reporting Entity, Employee Group, Employee, Benefit Status, Assessment Type, and Stability periods that fall within the date range selected, and employees that have No Benefit Record but have a Benefit Status of Eligible.

ACA Measurement Assessment Report
Shows employee’s ACA Measurement Assessment Dates (BN49) data.

Stability Period Comparison Report
Does an analysis of the employee’s Stability Period and compares to ACA Benefit Enrollments that are in the system. Use this report to determine the employee’s who are missing benefit enrollment.
Benefit Enrollment Processing will remains the same but this report is a tool to analyze the employee population for potential lack of benefit coverage or vice versa.
Benefit Statuses: Eligible, Not Eligible, and Incomplete. The ACA Benefit Status Code identifies benefit eligibility based on the employee payroll hours that are analyzed using ACA Measurement Assessment program (BN149). If Incomplete, the Initial Measurement Period is incomplete so Benefit eligibility cannot be determined.
Assessment Types: Intial and Standard
No Benefit Record: If Yes is selected, only records where there are no Benefit Record are displayed in the Stability Period Comparison Report.
