Defining Spending Account Only Flex Plans

When you define a spending account only flex plan, you can identify an employee group to further define employee eligibility.

  1. Access Flex Plan (BN06.1).
  2. Select the Company.
  3. Specify the code and provide a description that represents the flex plan.
  4. Optionally, if you intend to identify a specific employee group for the plan, select the group from the Employee Group field. If you leave Employee Group field blank, all employees become eligible.
  5. In the Spending Account only field, select Y - Yes.
  6. In the Frequency Table field, select the frequency table.
  7. In the Currency field, select the currency to assign to the flex plan.
  8. Click Add.
