An asterisk denotes that the employee is enrolled in the benefit offered.

Date of the Offer extended to the employee.

The offer date is the date that an employee has benefit coverage or declines coverage by selecting a waive plan. In HRM this is the start date of benefit coverage enrollment or waive election enrollment.

Priority order of the ACA Offer. A benefit offer that extends the most coverage should be indicated by a higher priority. The Highest priority is 1, whereas Lowest priority is 9999. Waive plans should be at the lower priority than benefit that offers coverage.

IRS Offer code for the benefit plan. This field is blank for waive benefit plans. The Offer Codes describe the benefit offer that was extended to the employee. Definitions can be found in the IRS regulations and it is the end user responsibility to assign an offer code that is representative of their benefit plan. Valid values: 1A to 1U.

This is the lowest cost of the ACA Plan that was offered to the employee. This field is blank for waive benefit plans.

The IRS Offer code that originates on the Benefit Plan Details (BN15.3). Select WV for waive benefit plans.
