Weekly and monthly measurement parameters

By Monthly Measurement

  • If the measurement assessment should be based on months (130 hours average, by default), then specify the first day of the month (for example, January 1) with a 12 month duration.

Example: Measurement Period will be January 1 to December 31.

By Week Measurement

  • If the measurement assessment should be based on weeks (30 hours average, by default), then specify a starting date for the week that the counting begins with a 52 week duration.

Guidelines for first and last week of the measurement period state that you can either count the hours in the first week or the last week, not both.

To designate this on BN149, specify the starting date that you want to begin counting weeks and specify the total number of weeks. That starting date is used to count out 52 weeks and calculate an average based on 30 hours.

Example: In 2015, January 1 fell on a Thursday. If counting should start on a Sunday, then specify either December 28, 2014 or January 4, 2015. BN149 will count 52 weeks from that date. This end date will not line up with December 31 but the 52 weeks support a 12-month measurement period.
