Manual list

You can use a manual list to select specific customers who are not based on attributes. For example, you can select individual customers without identifying an attribute that is common to all of them. The members of a manual list are only those you define.

When you create a manual list, you follow a manual process. You must do any changes to the list manually such as adding or removing customers. For these reasons, you must not use manual lists to create large lists.

You can convert an automatic list to a manual list. A common practice is to create an automatic list first, convert it to a manual list, and then manually add or remove a few select customers.
Note: You cannot convert a manual list to an automatic list.
