Planning to add billing information to a customer (BL/DST)

Before you add billing-specific information to an existing customer account, you must complete the Accounts Receivable application steps.

Note: In Accounts Receivable, you can define customer parameters to apply cash to specific order line items.

Before you add billing parameters to an existing customer information in the Accounts Receivable application, you must set up pricing parameters.

Procedure flow: Adding customer billing information
  1. On Billing (AR10.3), select Y in the Invoicing Line Items field.
  2. In the Accounts Receivable application, you can add customer billing information which includes pricing, freight, shipping, credit information, and payment including electronic payment.

    You can use Customer Listing (AR210) to list all customers or selected customers for a company.
