About company

When setting up Billing, you must define what your business entity is through company. You can define single or multiple company structures. Usually, you can set up multiple company environment by making setup decisions in another Lawson application, such as General Ledger.

When adding a Billing company, you are required to make decisions regarding general ledger accounts, invoicing, and Order Entry processing options in the Billing and Order Entry applications.

During company setup, you must consider the methods that your company uses to price items.
