Defining Employee Selection dimension criteria
- When you specify selection on EB10.3 and the budget dimension's source is Employee, the Employee Selection (EB11.6) form displays.
- On Employee Selection (EB11.6), select Company or Company Group to identify the companies whose employees that you want in the budget dimension.

Select Employee Group that contains the
employees that you want in the dimension.
Note: The employee group must exist for the company that you specified above. If you specified a company group, then the employee group must exist for all companies that belong to the company group.
For example, company group 4000 contains 4321, 4322, and 4325. The name of the employee group that you want is Full-time. Employee group Full-time should exist in companies 4321, 4322, and 4325.
- To see the employees that are members of the budget dimension, click Preview. The Member Preview (EB12.1) form displays.

On Member Preview (EB12.1),
click one of these buttons:
- To build a list of members for the dimension based on the company or
company group and employee group that you selected, click Update
List.Note: If this is a new budget, then you must click this button to build your list for the first time.
- To view a list of members for the dimension, click View
Current List. The Employee Preview
(EB12.7) form displays.Note: This action does not rebuild the list.
- To build a list of members for the dimension based on the company or
company group and employee group that you selected, click Update
List.

On Employee Preview (EB12.7), you
can view the employees that you included in the budget dimension.
Note: To scroll to an item in the list, you can specify the company and employee number in the Position To field and click Enter.
