Adding attribute dimension column headings (conditional)

Column headings are required to identify the data in each of the budget dimensions that you create. You can use Dimension Report Columns (EB10.4) to view the default column headings for primary dimension data and add headings for the attributes that you include in a dimension.

You can view and add column headings for your budget dimension after you have defined dimension selection criteria and attributes.

Note: In addition to the Dimension Information (EB10.3), you can click Dimension Report from the dimension selection forms (EB11.1 through EB11.7).
  1. Click Report from Dimension Information (EB10.3). The Dimension Report Columns (EB10.4) form displays.
    Note: The default column headings are based on the dimension source. These headings identify the primary data in the dimension and cannot be changed.
  2. To add column headings for the attributes that you selected in the dimension, specify the attribute name. The attribute name must exactly match the attribute. For example, if you include the Person Responsible attribute, then its column heading must match its name (PERSON RESP).
