Credit and Debit Memo Report (AR246)

Run Credit and Debit Memo Report (AR246) to create a memo transaction report. The report lists credit and debit memo transactions based on the report criteria you specify.

Note: Not all debit and credit memo transactions have a reason code. Reason codes are required for debit and credit memo transactions created on Transaction Entry (AR42), but are optional for interfaced debit and credit memo transactions. Reason codes are not used for system created debit and credit memo transactions such as a chargeback debit memo.
