Defining advanced dunning language codes

Note: The advanced dunning letter process lets you select and print letters in any language that you define. The language code that you select for the customer on Customer Defaults (AR08.1) or Customer (AR10.1) determines the language of the dunning letter.
  1. Access Dunning Language Code Maintenance (AR19.2).
  2. Specify (in ALL CAPS) a language code and a description. This code must be identical to the code used for the same language in the langdef program.
  3. Select the Inquire form action to display the previously defined language codes.
  4. (Optional) For each language code representing a language other than your default site language, click Translate Dunn Heading to open Translate Dunning Headings (AR19.3) and translate the dunning letter heading into the language identified by the language code.
