Defining dunning process codes

  1. Access Dunning Letter Text Code Maintenance (AR19.1).
  2. Click Dunning Process Code Maintenance to open Dunning Processing Code Maintenance (AR18.3).
  3. Specify a code and description.
    Note: The process code represents a unique range of actions that you can take if a customer defaults on their obligations. You can define a different process code for each customer or you can define the same process code for several customers.
  4. Click Attach Dunning Levels to open Dunning Levels (AR18.2) and define actions for the process code. You can define up to 99 dunning levels for each process code, with distinct actions for each level. The actions apply to any customer assigned to use this dunning process code on Customer (AR10.1).
