Resolving and Reviewing Customer Credit

There are two steps in reviewing customer credit. The first step is selecting the customers that need to be reviewed. This creates a work file that can be reviewed by a credit analyst. The second step is reviewing and resolving the work files using various reports. Resolving the customer credit can include calling them, indicating no problem exists, setting the next review date, sending a dunning letter, or placing the customer on credit hold. This procedure will detail how to select, review and resolve customer credit.
