To create late payment text
- Access Late Payment Notice Text Code Maintenance (AR19.4).

Select the company and create the text you want printed
on the late payment notices. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
- Late Payment Text Code

Type a late payment notice text code. This field is associated up to four lines of late payment notice text. Each text code can contain multiple-language versions of the same late payment notice text.
- Language Code

Select the language code representing the language the late payment notice text is written. If this field is left blank, the system assumes the default language used in your environment.
- Late Payment Text

Type the text in the language represented by the language code.
If you want to type the same text in a different language, repeat the steps keeping the same text number.
- Select the Add form action to save the letter.
