Defining Customer Contacts

In this procedure, you can define additional contacts (names, phone, and numbers) for your customers. Contacts display in responsibility code order and are unlimited.

Note: If a customer has contacts defined on this form, "Additional Contacts" will display on Analyst Review Detail (AR70.2).

To define customer contacts

  1. Access Customer Contacts (AR11.1)
  2. Type the additional contacts needed for the customer. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Cont

    Define a responsibility code.

    Name

    Required. Type the name of the contact.

    Responsibility

    Type the responsibility or title of the contact.

    Telephone

    Type the telephone number of the customer contact.

    Fax

    Type the fax number of the customer contact.

    Email

    Type the e-mail address of the customer contact.
