To reverse credit memo applications

  1. Access Review Credit (AR37.4).
  2. To reverse an application and all adjustments, select the Change for action and the Delete line action.
  3. Click the "*" button to access Expanded Credit (AR37.5) to display detailed information for a specific credit.
