Converting dispute and comment data
You can convert customer and transaction comments and disputed transaction records from your non-Lawson system to the Accounts Receivable application.
This table lists the application conversion database files depending on the kind of data you are converting:

- Access Dispute and Comment Conversion (AR506).
- Run this program to convert your disputed transactions and comments. Select an Update Option to edit only or edit and update the transaction and dispute records. The program edits the external data to protect the integrity of the Accounts Receivable data. The program creates a report in transaction number order that includes each field that failed an edit, the field data, a description of the error, and totals for the number of records processed, dispute records added, transaction comments added, and total errors.
