To print statements
- Access Statement Print (AR150).
-
Print statements for those customers who receive them.
An open item statement lists all unapplied and partially applied transactions
with summary totals by aging period and statement totals. A balance
forward statement lists the previous statement balance, all items
entered since the last statement run, and total of detailed items,
and the statement total. Use the following guidelines to enter field values.
- As of Date
-
Type a date that is within the current or previous GL period.
- Qualify Future Applications
-
Select N if you do not have future dated applications and the "as of" date specified is today's date. This reduces processing time dramatically. Select Y if you do have future dated applications and the "as of" date is not today's date.
- Cycle Codes on the Main tab
-
Select up to ten cycle codes. The cycle code assigned to the customer determines which type of statement is printed: open item or balance forward.
- Major, Minor Class
-
Select a major class to create statements for customers assigned a specific major class only in Customer (AR10). Must be a valid major class Customer Class (AR05.1).
- Customer
-
Type a customer number to create a statement for a specific customer only. Must be a valid customer in Customer(AR10) and have Yes selected in the Required field in AR10.
- Audit Select on Main tab
-
Select Yes to print statements for all customers regardless of the Required option on Customer (AR10.1) Statement tab.
- Process Level
-
Type a process level to include transactions for a specific process level only on the statements. Must be a valid process level in Process Level (AR02).
- National Account Select on Main tab
-
Allows you to print a national account statement for the entire relationship with one total.
Select N to display national account customers at a national account level only. Select A to display national account customers at a national and invoice customer level.
Note: When printing summarized national account statements (where all open items across the national account structure print together), the currency code of the national account customer is used as the common currency for all items listed. - Override NA Summary on Format tab
-
Select Y if you want the National Account summary statement to be printed and N if not. A space is equivalent to N and the summary statement will not be printed.
- List Applications on the Format tab
-
Select whether to list applications on customer statements.
- Statement Format
-
Select 00 - Standard for the ouput to be delivered in the Lawson standard layout or select 01 - Sweden for the Swedish layout. The default value is 00 - Standard.
Note: Be sure to run the Statement Print program before you run Period Closing Report (AR199) if including applications on the statements.
