Defining Credit Analyst Codes

Credit analyst codes define the name and phone number of the person responsible for managing credit and are used for inquiries and reports. You must assign a credit analyst for each customer. This procedure describes how to set up credit analyst codes.

To define credit analyst codes

  1. Access Credit Analyst (AR06.1).
    Note: Use numbers or generic codes, instead of the person's initials. This allows you to continue using the code when you have personnel changes by changing the name defined.
  2. Define a credit analyst code, type their name and telephone number.
