EFT options for defining a customer group address

If you are using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), then you will need to define the notification and adjustment methods, and payment formats. See Processing Electronic Funds Transfer.

If you selected E - (Exempt), then open items will be processed by the EFT system only when open item due date is selected for processing.

  3. (Optional) You can define customer relationships for EFT processing. Click EFT customers to open EFT Customers (AR09.7).
Note: All transactions for a customer are eligible for EFT processing. This relationship can be the same, or different from the national account relationship in National Account (AR12).
  4. Select a customer for EFT processing. If the customer is a parent/payment type national account customer, then you must define the child/invoiced customers here.
