To correct non-lock box interface errors

  1. Access Interface Payment1 (AR97.6) or Interface Payment2 (AR97.3).
  2. Run the program to correct the interface errors.
  3. Run Payment1 Interface (AR575) and Payment Interface (AR580) again to process the corrected records.
