To resolve a disputed transaction

  1. Access Disputes (AR45.1).
  2. Type the date the dispute was resolved and change the record.
    Note: If the company has Yes selected in the Due Date Change Allowed field on Company (AR01), the due date of the open item will be changed to the Date of Resolution if the resolution date is greater than the transaction's current due date. If the Resolution Date is less than the transaction due date, the existing due date will remain on the transaction.
