When can't an invoice be canceled?

An invoice must meet certain criteria before it can be canceled. You can not cancel an invoice if:

• The invoice has payments made against it.

• The invoice is in the Infor Process Automation process.

• The invoice is not in balance.

• The invoice has a "match" status.
