Specify values for one asset and multiple attributes

  1. Access Asset Attributes (AM23.1).
    Note: You can access AM23.1 directly or you can select Attributes on Leased Asset Addition and Adjustment (AM21.2)
  2. Specify this information:
    Asset

    You must select an asset and use the Inquire form action to display all the attributes of type ASSET in alphabetic order.

    From Attribute Template

    You can select a template containing multiple attribute values. Select the Add form action to assign the template attribute values to the attributes.

    Note: After you have added the template values, the template name disappears. You can modify the values that you added with a template after they have been added.
    Position To

    You can specify an attribute name in this field to locate an attribute that you want to assign a value to.

    Value

    You can specify a value for any of the attributes that are displayed.

    Note: You can add both template and individual values. The values must match the valid value ranges defined for the attribute.
