Asset Management (AM) Data Mart

The Assets Data Mart provides asset data for analysis. This data mart has required dimensions and optional dimensions. The optional dimensions lets you customize the data mart to meet your analysis needs. The data mart includes historic depreciation information regarding transactions and period depreciation for each period for each asset for each book. The data mart provides correct roll ups by skipping missing values.

You can define the dimensions for the Assets Data Mart on Asset Management Analysis Setup (AMDM.1).

These dimensions are required for the Assets Data Mart.

Dimension	Description
Assets	Asset or asset range.
Organization	Company, Process Level, and Department.
Years	Number of years.
Periods	Roll up and down by quarter and year-to-date.
Books	Book status and currency code.
Measures	Book value.

Use the Data Parameters tab to select whether you want to load the complete data set each time you open the data mart or whether you want to update the data.
