Asset Management Audit Analysis
The AM Audit screens allow the user the ability to audit changes made to Asset Management setup datafiles. The screens display the action taken, the user or operator who took the action, the date and time of the change and the program used to make the change.
AM Audit Analysis (AM82) is a menu that allows you to transfer to the Asset Management Audit Analysis forms. Each for also contains a Filter button used to limit the number of records that are displayed. A detail section displays the field changed for the highlighted detail line and contains both the old and the new values.

AM Interface Audit Analysis
AM Interface Audit Analysis (AM81.1) screen displays information about changes made to Asset Interface (AM15) records in the AMINTER file.
Only changes made by the user to AMINTER file are tracked and stored in the AMINTERAU file. AM Interface Audit Analysis has a parameter field called Company and a Filter button used to limit the number of records that are displayed. A detail section displays the field changed for the highlighted detail line and contains both the old and the new values.
AM Location Audit Analysis
AM Location Audit Analysis (AM81.2) screen displays information about changes made to the AM Location (AM07) record in the AMLOCATION file.
Only changes made by the user to the AMLOCATION file are tracked and stored in the AMLOCAUDIT file. AM Location Audit Analysis has a parameter field called Location Name and a Filter button used to limit the number of records that are displayed. A detail section displays the field changed for the highlighted detail line and contains both the old and the new values.
AM System Options Audit Analysis
AM System Options Audit Analysis (AM82.1) displays information about changes made to the AM System Options record in the AMCONTROL file.
Only changes made to the AMCONTROL file are tracked and stored in the AMCNTRLAU file. AM System Options Audit Analysis has a parameter field called Company and a Filter button used to limit the number of records that are displayed. A detail section displays the field changed for the highlighted detail line and contains both the old and the new values.
AM Asset Type Audit Analysis
AM Asset Type Audit Analysis (AM82.2) screen displays information about changes made to the AM Asset Type record in the AMASTTYPE file.
Only changes made by the user to the AMASTTYP file are tracked and stored in the AMASTTYPAU file. AM Asset Type Audit Analysis has parameter fields called Company, Asset Type, and Sub Type and a Filter button used to limit the number of records that are displayed. A detail section displays the field changed for the highlighted detail line and contains both the old and the new values.
AM Account Audit Analysis
AM Account Audit Analysis (AM82.3) screen displays information about changes made to the AM Account record in the AMACCOUNT file.
Only changes made by the user to the AMACCOUNT are tracked and stored in the AMACCTAU file. AM Account Audit Analysis has parameter fields called Company, Account Group, Asset Type, Sub Type, Account Type , Asset Event and a Filter button used to limit the number of records that are displayed. A detail section displays the field changed for the highlighted detail line and contains both the old and the new values.
AM Account Group Audit Analysis
AM Account Group Audit Analysis (AM82.4) screen displays information about changes made to the AM Account Group record in the AMACCTGRP file.
Only changes made by the user to the AMACCTGRP are tracked and stored in the AMACCTGPAU file. AM Account Group Audit Analysis has parameter fields called Company and Account Group and a Filter button used to limit the number of records that are displayed. A detail section displays the field changed for the highlighted detail line and contains both the old and the new values.
AM Accounting Unit Group Audit Analysis
AM Accounting Unit Audit Analysis (AM82.5) screen displays information about changes made to the AM Accounting Unit Group record in the AMAUGROUP file.
Only changes made by the user to the AMAUGROUP are tracked and stored in the AMAUGRPAU file. AM Account Group Audit Analysis has parameter fields called Company and Accounting Unit Group and a Filter button used to limit the number of records that are displayed. A detail section displays the field changed for the highlighted detail line and contains both the old and the new values.
