Viewing account category balances

  1. Access Account Category Analysis (AC95.1) or Account Category Encumbrance Analysis (AC97.1).
  2. Select the data to inquire.

  3. To view actual, commitment, and budget data details, click Actual, Commitment, Budget.
  4. To view actual, commitment, and budget data details summarized by account category, click Summarized.
  5. To view account category data for up to four select activities side-by-side, click Activity. Select the activities to display and indicate if you intend to see actual, budget, commitment, percent, or actual plus commitment amounts.
