Releasing change orders

After change orders are entered and approved, they must be released to make the budget changes final. Use this procedure to release approved change orders.

  1. Access Change Order Approval (AC22.1).
  2. Inquire on the change order you want to release and review changes.
  3. Select the Release special action to release the change order. Releasing the change order will update the budget.
