Using the list-style presentation to select key values and records

  1. Select the application you want to work with by performing a search.
  2. From the list of key fields that appears, scroll or perform a search to locate the record you want to work with.

    For example, you can scroll a key field, such as Company and then click the arrow next to the Company ID to view Employees and other records.

  3. Depending on the data you are working with, you can filter by other fields by clicking View Options on the tool bar and selecting By Number, By Process Level and so on.
