Using the list-view presentation to select key values and records

  1. Select the application you want to work with by performing a search.
  2. From the list of key fields that appears, scroll or perform a search to locate the record you want to work with.

    For example, you can scroll a key field, such as Company and then click the arrow next to the Company ID to view Employees and other records.

  3. Select the record you want to work with. The form will open for updating.
