Clearing the browser cache for Firefox

  1. On the Clear All History dialog box, go to Time range to clear and click the drop-down arrow. Select Everything.
  2. Under History, select the check box for Cookies.
  3. Select the check box for Cache.
  4. Click Clear Now.
