Run Employee Absence Transaction Consolidation (LP370) to consolidate employee absence transaction detail.
This is not a required procedure; however, you might choose to consolidate old absence management transaction detail records in order to minimize the amount of employee data maintained in the Absence Management system.
Caution:
The consolidation process does NOT create a backup of the deleted
data. Therefore, Lawson strongly recommends that you perform a system backup
before you run this program in Update mode.
Processing Effect
This program consolidates an employee’s detailed absence transaction records. All records are consolidated through a specified date. In addition, attachments for the consolidated records are deleted.
