Attribute Interface (LM552)
Run Attribute Interface (LM552) to import lease attributes from a non-Lawson system and add to a lease. The lease must exist in the Lease Management application.
Note: When you convert leases into Lease Management using the Lease
Conversion (LMLEASECNV) file and Lease Interface (LM500), you are limited
to 10 attributes. The Lease Attribute Conversion (LMLSEMXCNV) file and Attribute
Interface (LM552) lets you add unlimited attributes and values to an existing
lease.
You can add attributes to a lease any time in the life cycle of a lease.
First, create and edit the Lease Attribute Conversion (LMLSEMXCNV) file and import it onto the application server. You can use Attribute Interface Adjustment (LM52.1) to add records to the LMLSEMXCNV fie or edit records already stored in LMLSEMXCNV before they are interfaced to the Lease Management application. When you run LM552, the system reads records in the LMLSEMXCNV and writes them into the existing lease files.
