Lease Projections (LM430)

Run Lease Projections (LM430) to print the minimum future payments in total and for each of the next five years. The report also shows the deductions for executory costs, including profit, and the present value of the amount of imputed interest to reduce the net minimum lease payments. This report satisfies FAS 13 requirements.

You can run the report for one lease, or for all leases within a company, company group, or attribute list. You can also further limit the lease selection by lease classification, lease type, year, and period. You can also control the level of detail and the sort order in the report
