Lease Attributes (LM23.1)
Use Lease Attributes (LM23.1) to assign attribute values to leases for tracking information not delivered on Lease Management forms. These attributes function as additional form fields and are used for lease reporting and analysis.
Processing Effect
LM23.1 works in conjunction with the Attribute Matrix module (MX) of the General Ledger system.
More Information
If you already have values defined in an attribute template that you want to use for this lease and company, type or select the template in the From Attribute Template field, and select the Add form action.
To see if the values have been added, select the Inquire form action. All the defined lease attributes display and the lease attributes for which you defined a value in the attribute template display those values. You can also add a value to any of the displayed fields by typing in a value and using the Change form action.
