Executory Cost Codes (LM05.1)
Use Executory Cost Codes (LM05.1) to define and maintain executory cost codes and the default company and account associated with each one of them. Executory costs represent supplemental costs such as taxes, maintenance fees, or insurance. Executory cost codes are optional.
Processing Effect
If you enter values in the Company, Account (accounting unit, account, subaccount), and Activity (activity and account category) fields, these values will display on Lease Addition and Adjustments (LM21.1) and Lease Conversion Adjustment (LM50.1), where they can be overridden.
