Item Search (IC30.1)
Use Item Search (IC30.1) to search for item numbers defined in IC11.1 (Item Master) or IC10.2 (Item Master and Location). If the Access Code is Blank, you can perform a search to view all items existing within a company by clicking on the Inquire button. Or you can limit the search by entering an access code and a corresponding field value.

- G = Generic Name
- I = Inventory Class
- P = Purchasing Class
- S = Sales Class
- U = User Defined Field Name #1
- T = Personal Protective Equipment Class
More Information
If an access code is specified, you can enter a complete or partial field value by which to filter the inventory database. If you use access code = D, then you need to enter an asterisk (*) before and after the partial description. The inquiry then returns all descriptions with that partial text.
Note: This form displays item numbers and descriptions. To view a specific
item record in a selected form, select the line action X and the Transfer
form action to view the item in a selected form.
