Canada Employee Vacation Plan (TA50.1)
Use Canadian Employee Vacation Plan (TA50.1) to enroll employees and view balances.
You can use this form to change plan entry and eligibility dates and to adjust employee percentage and entitlement hours for exceptions; for example, when an employee is given a percentage above the normal plan requirement.
Processing effect
If you use this form to enroll an employee, then you do not need to run Canada Employee Enrollment (TA145) for those employees.
If the Eligibility Date on this form is changed to a date prior to the Plan Enrollment date on Canada Vacation Plan Master (TA40.1), then accruals start as of the TA40.1 Plan Enrollment Date.
When entered, this will use the percentage and entitlement hours on this form instead of the percent or hours for that employee on Canada Vacation Hours Schedule (TA40.2) or Canada Vacation Date Schedule (TA40.3).
