Initial Interface Load (HR951)

Use Initial Interface Load (HR951) to create a complete dump of data for the initial Talent Management load, when HRM is the system of record.

This program primarily serves a one-time purpose. After the initial load, it is used for loading data from an acquisition or perhaps the plan is to load business units on a staggered basis.

You can select if the data is extracted to a CSV file or if it creates a report and updates the interface data files. This data is then visible in the HR51 screens.
