Effort Certification Filter (GM65.1)

Use Effort Certification Filter (GM65.1) to view existing effort certification records for employees.

Use the fields at the top of the form to filter the records that display.

Note: Primary Certifiers and Secondary Certifiers do not have to belong to the same HR company as the employees they certify.

Before effort can be certified, the total percentage of actual effort must be 100 percent for each employee. To update the actual effort percentage for an employee, click the Detail button to access Actual Effort Entry (GM65.2).

Note: Effort processing tracks decimal places to two decimal positions.

Note: If you do not have access to the company and process level that an employee belongs to, the employee's record(s) will not display on Effort Certification Filter (GM65.1) or Actual Effort Entry (GM65.2).
