Company Control (GM00.3)

Company Control (GM00.3) allows an HR Company flag to be set for use on the Payroll Close program and labor Distribution Approval reports. The All Approved flag set at the HR Company level will determine the eligibility of the Labor Distribution Templates used for processing when running PR197 for Payroll Close. When the All Approved flag is set to Y, all detail lines of the labor distribution template must be valid before the template can be used. When the All Approved flag is set to N or Blank, then there are no changes to the current functionality.
