Use Accounts (GL97.1) to view account period and year to date totals.

Click the Cur,Last button to view the current year and last year to date account amounts.
Click the Act,Bud button to view actual and budget amounts. You can only use this function if you selected a budget number in GL95.1
Click the Currency button to view the year to date company base currency balance and the year to date account currency balance.
Click the AcctUnit button to view accounting unit period and year to date totals.
Click the Company button to view company period and year to date totals.
Click the Trans button to view account balances and detail.
Click the Totals button to view the current fiscal year and last year beginning balance, period range total, and ending balance.
