Intracompany Mass Budgeting (FB120)

Run Intracompany Mass Budgeting (FB120) to copy, change, or delete multiple budgets within a specific company. You can also create hundreds of budget records in one run, save posted balances in a budget, and attach a compute statement.

Variable levels are copied from one budget to another one at a time.

Note:  Intracompany Mass BudgetingIntracompany Mass Budgeting (FB120) will copy a budget designated as Double Entry and/or Commitment, but it creates the new budget without these designations. The copy will create new header (FBHEADER) and detail (FBDETAIL) records, but will not copy existing transactions (FBTRANS) and related records.
