Employee Contract Mass Add (CW101)
Run Employee Contract Mass Add (CW101) to create employee contracts by batch and to roll over contract segment data or supplemental assignment segment data into the new contract year. You can also use CW101 to process employee position work schedule additions or changes.
Note: If you add or change a work schedule on an employee position with the HR or
PA application, the change is temporarily saved until it is processed and
deleted by CW101.
Note: If a record for an employee is put 'On Hold', CW101 cannot process or delete
it or any other record for that employee with change records having an
effective date later than the record on hold.
