Employee Contract (CM13.1)

Use Company Contract Rules (CM13.1) to administer employee contracts.

Processing Effect

Each record is uniquely identified by a Contract Number. CM13 is a required setup before the creation of Base (CM14.1) and Supplemental (CM15.1) assignment for the work schedule. A contract is created for an employee tied to a work schedule that may or may not be tied to its position. Adding a CM13 record with work schedule not tied to employee’s position means the contract is meant for Supplemental Assignments only. CM13 holds the totals of all the base assignments and the contract information derived from the Contract Rule and Work Schedule.
