EFT Extract Entry (CB45.1)

Use EFT Extract Entry (CB45.1) to enter or edit EFT or credit card payment information.

This form updates or edits the Cash Ledger EFT Transaction (CBFTTRANS) file, which EFT Extract Update (CB145) uses to create an EFT or credit card payment file.

You can access additional functionality:

• Click User Fields to access User Fields (CB45.2) to add information in up to four user-defined fields.
• Click the asterisk (*) to access More (CB45.3) to add a reference and description to the distribution line.
• Click Tax to access Tax (CB45.4) to add tax code and taxable amount for the distribution line.
