Benefits Deduction Load (BN510)
Run Benefits Deduction Load (BN510) to import deductions from your non-Lawson payroll application into BN10.1 (Benefits Deduction).
Run BN510 only if you do not use the Lawson Payroll application.
Processing Effect
BN510 uses the deduction data flat file to create deduction records. Lawson recommends running BN510 to Report Only to review deduction information before updating the deductions to the Lawson database. When you run BN510 in Update mode, a flat file of deduction master records, created according to Lawson specifications, is read and records are created in the deduction file. BN510 lists any errors encountered in the input file.
