Use Savings Bond Beneficiaries (BN48.1) to view each possible owner, co-owner and beneficiary for savings bonds purchased by an employee.
Processing Effect
You define a sequence in which bonds are purchased for owners, co-owners and beneficiaries in BN48.2 (Savings Bond Purchase Sequence). Before an employee can purchase a bond, a purchase sequence must be defined.
If you are adding an employee's dependent as a beneficiary, the dependent's Social Security number and name default from HR13.1 (Dependent).
When you purchase bonds with BN140 (Savings Bond Update), BN140 uses the employee's or dependent's current address from HR11.1 (Employee) and HR13.1 (Dependent). For this reason, employee and dependent addresses do not default to this form. However, you can override the employee's or dependent's current address using this form.
