Worksheet (BL41.1)
Use Worksheet (BL41.1) to define worksheets. Worksheets let you precalculate and massage price bases before you actually update them. Price bases are created from worksheet prices by using an existing item price source: issue cost, last received cost, or another base's current base.
More Information
In the worksheet pricing procedure, you select which items will be affected by a specific worksheet (for example, which items will be selected for price base manipulation). You can use selection criteria to choose items from a certain vendor, items from certain sales classes, or specific item numbers.
Note: A single worksheet can include parameters from only the first form, the second form, or both. The selection is inclusive and the most restrictive multiplier will be used. That is, if an item range multiplier applies, it will be used. If no item range applies, the application uses the sales class range multiplier. If no sales class multiplier is used, the vendor multiplier will be used.
