Expanded Credit (AR37.5)
Use Expanded Credit (AR37.5) to view and reverse a credit memo application before posting to the general ledger. This subform displays all adjustments associated with a specific credit memo application.
You can view credit memo applications for open item customers only. All adjustments associated with the application display in the order they were created.

To reverse a credit memo application, select the Delete line action. Access Application (AR30) if you want to re-add a correct application. Access Application Adjustments (AR35.1) to change the applied or adjusted amount of an application.
